Review on Acerbis Dual Road Black Handguard - Model 2140450001 by Jason Nguyen

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expensive but goes with almost everything.

I have been riding in the motorcycle industry for 43 years so I take this review very seriously. The advantages(+) of these handcuffs are as follows:+ They are a handguard that will probably fit any tubular handlebars.More than enough for the job.+ Transparent handguard. No issues steering.+ The handguards block the wind quite effectively.+Although the handguards are only supported at one end, they don't seem to vibrate or move in the wind+They look very good compared to most other handguards on the market out of. The disadvantages are as follows (though not for most users): - They are expensive (though not compared to Touratech). e they have no place when these handguards are fitted. This also applies to end mirrors on rods. If you have one piece handlebars these will need to be 8mm x 1.5 threaded and you will need to use shorter cap screws than those included in the kit. It can be done like I had to do for the one bike I have. The facility worked very well. Only the durability of the plastic has not been tested. The plastic feels brittle, but has held up so far without any problems. For now I'm happy with my purchase and since nothing else would have worked at all I'm glad these handguards work so well.
