Does not light up and heats up when dropped

Oddly I would buy this product again if I had to lol. I dropped it once and it gets hot. The battery was very hot and it felt like the reboot had lengthened. Also, it's not backlit, making it difficult to use in the dark. It doesn't feel like a big deal, but it sucks
