Review on Fortessa Royal Pacific Slotted Spoon: Durable Stainless Steel, 10-Inch Length by Eddie Kittylovin

This is the second time I've ordered this product, and the wrong item was sent. Apparently the fulfillment personnel will not verify the contents because twice in a row the wrong pattern was sent.On the bottom of the box it does say "San Marco," the pattern that I ordered. On the end, though, the correct name of the pattern is labelled. That's right folks! Best Buy labelled the boxes incorrectly and no one bothered to verify with the manufacturer labelling. I have four sets of flatware I did not want.On top of it all, it does NOT come with in the Best Buy Prime Service Level Agreement, 2 business days after being shipped.Do not EVER order something from a fulfillment center.To make matters worse, when I called about this happening a second time, Best Buy said there is nothing they can do and there is none in stock. Really? I checked and there were four in stock. The agent must have said "unforturnately" twenty times.If you want flatware, order from Silverware Superstore in WA. They know what they're doing. I'm getting my iced tea spoons from there.
