To be honest I bought this pillow because of the low price. I needed a thin pillow. I have a lot of neck problems due to the surgery and I don't have any vertebrae in my neck, I've been trying to find the perfect pillow for me for years. I used to buy more expensive pillows but I will keep this one for many years, I can sleep most of the night without waking up, now I sleep so comfortably. If you sleep on your back or side, this pillow is perfect! I love it! Keep in mind that this pillow is not super flat. but there is a zipper and you can remove the filling and adjust it to your liking. I kept the extra stuffing in a zipper.
