First, the Pink Ballet is see-through. Through the pantyhose + swimsuit you can see the daughter's underwear. Unacceptable! The material is thick like a thick swimsuit. I bought a little pink ballet dress for my petite 5 year old daughter (36 lbs, 36 inches) and I thought it fit her perfectly, but this particular leotard is not flattering at all. It really draws attention to everything. it happens under the suit, which i also find unacceptable. The ballet is cool, this costume is not cool. Also, the crotch is too thin in my opinion. When my daughter put on ballet flats, you could see that the lighter part of the pantyhose stood out. Black might be more flattering, but we prefer pink, lilac, and white, so we'll be looking at another brand.
