Has caused as many problems as they have fixed

They seem to have caused as many problems with this printer as they have fixed. Pros: Super quiet. It's quieter than my inkjet printer. Very stable, prints fast and detailed. CONS: The filament monitor is rigidly mounted next to the feed motor. When the filament runs out, you need to use about 1/4 inch filament to take out the remaining filament. This must be done before the printed element cools down. There is no "filament unload" function, which makes sense with its setting. But when the printhead is cold, you cannot preheat the printhead without resetting the print. The only way I've found is to place a piece of filament to fool the sensor into continuing to print and then when it reaches a time pause before it starts moving. Everything is hardwired. My CR10S is modular. I can change the printhead in minutes. The V2 is fully assembled and parts are simply not available. Fixing or replacing when something wears out is not going to be easy at all. The plate is custom sized and the mounts are rigid making it difficult to use other plates (unless you detach them like I did). Overall, I think the design elements are good, but the device's practicality was severely lacking, leading to some bad design decisions. It appears that the printer has been tested on fine print. "If glow sensor works. check. If energy recovery works. check. Not "Okay, we're printing a Mandalorian helmet, very durable. You will need 2 kg of yarn. We will be using 500g spools and one of these will run out in the middle of the night and in the middle of printing we need to unclog a partial clog in the feed tube. and go."
