Good size for just a few items such as gloves, snacks, glasses etc.
Quality is good given the low price. The 3 connecting straps are a bit lame, but they work. I had better panniers, but then I paid more again. You get what you pay for. I love this bag although I'm not a big fan of hook straps. I like the size as I don't plan on carrying much in this bag and I have a smaller bag that hangs from my seat to carry a padlock, cable instead of bike tools for flat repairs.
