Excellent cross-platform monitoring and analytics system
It allows us to have visibility into our network traffic, including which applications are being used by users.
The user interface is also very intuitive for those who do not come from an IT background. Although it does provide some basic data collection, we would like more granular controls over what information can be collected about employee devices such as Android phones or iPads. We're able to see exactly where in mobile apps employees send personal data (such as names of friends) using their work devices.
Pros
- A lot less expensive than other competitors while providing similar functionality at much lower scale! Easy setup process with minimal help required during implementation period no need wait weeks/months waiting until vendor support team gets back around after holidays & weekends
