The album itself is well made, it looks very nice. The paper is pure white and has a good weight. Mascara in it looks great and takes a light wash with a little water, gouache in it looks like. However, I would not recommend this for wet materials, especially watercolors. The watercolor looks terrible on this paper, it lays down and doesn't absorb evenly, and any attempt to create paperwork or blending cancels out the paper's graininess, which is disappointing. Another weird thing I've encountered now with 12 pages is that the paper seems to pick up the product slightly from the opposite side and transfer it to the opposite side. So if you use this for finished products, be prepared to ruin them when you close the book (this happened on every page, regardless of the color used). Or I think just use one side of each side for your work.
