I hate oil based makeup removers. I feel like I'm just rubbing, wiping, rubbing and wiping to remove makeup (yes, even after leaving the solution/napkin on for a bit to help dissolve). Putting so much effort into deep cleaning an area seems counterproductive when trying to combat damage or fine lines. But this Neutrogena cleanser is great for removing makeup - just a little water, lather and it washes off. It can be a bit drying but a good moisturizer/eye cream will take care of that. And I don't feel like I just rubbed my eyelids like the other species. The only downside I found is that it's not that good for removing waterproof makeup. An oil-based cleanser seems like the only way to get rid of nuclear makeup, but thankfully I don't wear one often.
