Headlight and taillight are very bright. So bright that an oncoming pedestrian said it would "blind" them, but I think they did jokes I try to keep it down in front of me when meeting oncoming people on the bike path, as I'm blinded by the very bright headlights of others. My only problem is inserting and removing braces with my fat fingers and poor eyesight. But I'm getting the hang of it and if I wear glasses I don't think it will be a problem. TO UPDATE. January 2020 I still like the light and am pretty good at getting it in and out of the mount but the tail light doesn't last very long on a charge. If I use it for an hour or so and then don't use it for a week, it's dead. The flashlight holds a charge very well. Now I carry around a small USB booster battery with a short cable to make sure it works. And try to charge it at home after each use. Otherwise it's a great tail light.
