I weigh 321 pounds. 5ft 9in and I have been looking for a body shaper/soft glute girdle and have had no luck so far. This item does not have a soft lining, but the lift for this product works in place of the pads. It fits perfectly and comfortably because I have a full figure and I need support. I ordered 3XXXL, I wear size 22 jeans, I would recommend this product. I hope this review will be useful for our fat women.
