We bought this suitcase and received it on January 10, 2019. Right from the start, this case was exactly what we were looking for to protect our iPad mini from the rough and tumble of my 8 year old. daughter and my 5 year old son. The added screen protection was a bonus as well as a cost saver. The soft silicone case is comfortable to hold and protects the iPad very well. The strap helps turn the iPad into a rear seat entertainment hub. The only issue we had with this case was the built in kickstand. In mid-March my son brought me an iPad and showed me the stand had fallen out. After a few questions, it was discovered that through constant use and play with the stand, one of the plastic tabs on the hinge had broken. However, this can be fixed if you play with the stand, it will pop out. Finally, at the end of the month, another bar broke off and the stand stopped working. This is where the company stepped in. I was out of the window for a refund so I went through the process of emailing customer support and explaining the issue I was having. At the end of the day, a few emails back and forth, my spare suitcase was in the mail. It arrived the following week and has been used again ever since. TopEsct will forever be my first choice for iPad cases. If I have any suggestions. Firstly, it would be great if the manufacturer made the stand hinge more durable, this would extend the life of the case and make the product even better. My other suggestions would be to advise anyone using the case to be careful with the hinge, this is not a toy and should only be used when necessary. I had this conversation with my kids after putting on the replacement case. In conclusion, I can only recommend this case!
