Upgrade** I've been using this new mouse for a little over 2 weeks. I really wanted to love this mouse completely, but I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the battery life. It's advertised at 18 months but the low battery indicator started flashing after just 2 weeks of normal use. It is worse than my last mouse, which I finally threw away after 5 years because it no longer gave 1-2 months of battery life. up to 3 weeks, but even longer. Sent it back for a refund. I think we all have preferences as to what we look for in a mouse. For me, I wanted one that didn't drain the battery, so had to change it every 3 weeks, wasn't too big or too small in the hand, had a nicely weighted "balance" as I normally take it. moving on the mat every now and then, and overall just well done. and this mouse fits the bill. I liked the cool shape and foldable design, but what I liked best was that the batteries (not included) fit on the front of the mouse. The last mouse I recently ordered was very good but quite annoying as the two heavier AA batteries were on the back of the mouse and kept falling off the back when lifting. This mouse has batteries on the front of the mouse and perfectly balances the rest of the mouse. If I pick it up now, it actually stays horizontal. Cool design, good workmanship, good response. It's definitely a goalkeeper!
