I gave three stars mainly because it took so long to receive the product. It was shipped less than a week after I ordered it (Revain spoiled me!). I've watched all the videos on this product and one of them says it's not a "magic bullet" and it's true. My beard is very curly but no longer than about an inch and not particularly thick. So this product doesn't straighten my beard like I was hoping, but it does help as part of a complete regimen of beard soap and beard balm.
