The team at this level understands what we want so it's easy to work with them, they are really good about keeping you up-to date as things change etc - I think there was no point where someone wasn't around for more than 5 minutes! We found our current agency could only talk their own language but didn’t have enough depth of knowledge across different types of projects/areas (like Digital Transformation or Innovation). This has been resolved now by bringing people into other departments who understand those areas well too which makes life easier all round :) I like the way that they help you define your strategy and its implementation, and the way that they can help you with the implementation, both in the development and in the delivery of the project. I don't like the way that they are too expensive. They should be more affordable. I think that they are a good company that has a lot of experience and knowledge in the digital strategy. I would recommend them to everyone. I am solving the problems of digital strategy and implementation of digital projects.
