leak after 15 months; 16 psi system

Purchased and installed November 2019. Failed catastrophically on February 5, 2021. Too bad I can't find one that lasts more than a few years, I have a good collection of leaky valves. Aftermarket Heater System Installed on a 1950 Jeep Van with a 258 inline-six with a 16psi radiator cap.
