Hello. I know this is not the usual photo you are used to, but my daughter is 15 and has special needs. In 2018, Paulina was diagnosed with the rare genetic disorder IRF2BPL. A neurological degenerative disease that left her unable to walk, speak, and take care of herself. She is confined to a wheelchair, so showering is quite difficult.
