Review on RAM Zinc Coated U Bolt Mounting by Antonio Rojas

I bought this a year ago to mount a GoPro on my helicopter. Even before the mount arrived, I realized that the tube I was planning to mount it to had leather trim along the top edge to protect the occupants. No problem, I use RAM mounts for everything and I have a box full of used and unused mounts waiting for my next project. Fast forward to this week, I bought a new bike and figured this mount might be the ticket to getting my X-Grip on the handlebars. I went to the box, found the bag with the mount and found that the top part of the mount (ball part) was missing. All I had were two different sized U-bolts, two nuts and two threaded caps. I am disappointed to say the least. I have a small Tough Claw in the box but it's a bit big for what I wanted. Unfortunately I have yet to buy another one and be sure it will be full when this one arrives.
