DOES NOT WORK This was a gift for my son. He was gone and opened behind the back window. When he opened it I was disappointed that it looked nice from the outside but was very light and cheap with a cheap thin CD flap and very mediocre sound quality. However, we kept it and started using it. Less than two weeks later, after only 5 uses, it stopped working in CD mode. The light doesn't even come on when CD mode is selected, although the radio still works. I contacted Revane who gave me the company's phone number. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO The company record states that you can contact customer support through the website. There is no contact section or email page on their website. THE SITE IS NOT WORKING So I tried to create an account and the site allows you to enter your information but you cannot create an account. pp.) Will NEVER buy from Riptunes again!
