The table is very stable and I'm small so I have legroom. It's not that easy to adjust because the legs snap into place (which makes it stable), but if you plan on keeping it at the same height - it's perfect! Another thing to note is that the "hinge" in the middle isn't actually used. At first I thought that one leg was fixed there and the other was adjustable. But they are BOTH attached to the sides at adjustable heights. Overall I am very happy with this table!
