***Update. The home button that was bugging me is starting to cause problems. Never felt good and now it doesn't show up like it should. If you take a fingernail and press it, it works, but it doesn't work if you press it normally. Everything is fine except for the home button. So my 1st had a broken digitizer and my 2nd is now having problems with the home button. However, the screen is pristine and smooth.*** This glass digitizer lives up to its claims, maybe even a little more. The kit includes everything you need to replace the glass. The kit actually contains a few tools and items that I have never used and will never use when replacing a screen. This is a very difficult repair! There is no more difficult repair than replacing a glass digitizer. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't know what you're doing. It will end up costing you more if you don't know what you're doing. The adhesive is sufficient and holds as expected. The glass is a little lower quality than the OEM, but with all the well-priced aftermarket parts that are also expected. Once everything is cleaned and sealed and the adhesive is activated you won't notice any difference on the screen. The touchscreen is responsive and looks and feels good. The only problem I noticed is the home button. It just doesn't seem right for some reason. Nothing is so bad that it would deter another purchase. But bad enough to make me worry about durability. The time will show. Because the home button works well, you can't currently remove the star. As a computer systems engineer who has replaced LCDs on computers, phones and tablets I feel comfortable this is a good product and excellent value for money.
