You have to set the temperature manually so you don't overcook the food
I have three NuWave plus pro ovens for 6 years each, three of them have lasted six years I ordered one and the food seems to be really, really dark to become i have to reduce it by 25 degrees, i still use it all the time, i can leave it in all the time but it's kind of an inconvenience that i have to turn it off all the time because it's over die Cooks can be set by temperature but loved my other three letters they must have changed a bit thanks as much as I hate to say it I will be ordering another one as I need three
