This juicer is exactly what I wanted and needed. I use it every day to prepare fresh vegetable and fruit juices and I enjoy trying different combinations. The product has a cleaning brush with very hard bristles, which is very helpful in removing the pulp from the strainer. Parts connect and disconnect easily for quick and easy cleaning. The juicer is a little noisy, but that's to be expected given the power of this machine. I've had no problems with any part and have juiced apples, broccoli, beets (be careful with the juice as it bleeds very quickly), carrots, cucumbers, Swiss chard, oranges (with peel), limes, strawberries. , and pineapple. The only downside I noticed is that because the machine is so powerful, if I drop some food down the chute while the blades are working, some pieces will fly back. They're not big chunks, and I honestly don't mind. My only concern is juicing beets because the juice that comes out can get dirty very easily. For me, that's not a real disadvantage. I only wear a t-shirt or an apron. I use a small garbage bag to collect the pulp to keep it clean. One less thing to hand wash/put in the dishwasher and it makes trash disposal easier.
