Piece of garbage for my opinion

What a pitiful product. Arrived damaged, one of the bolts is busted off, dented in several places and there is a hunk of metal they never shaved down which makes it impossible to slip the shelf on. Way too heavy for my mother to package and send back. Need a Refund from this pathetic product immediately. Where is the quality control?
