The best feature about this software is that it allows you to create your own templates or use someone else's template, which makes things easier when creating reports for clients! I also like how easy everything was once we got used to using methodologie; there are not too many new features in comparison to some of its competitors out there (ease-of-use).

We have been able to improve our process by providing better information regarding what needs done next after each step has taken place within an order/service request etc.
