I like that I'm able to send my creative work directly from my computer, it's easy to do so and it's great that there are no limits! I dislike that sometimes the app doesn't load properly and I end up having to reupload something. The problem is resolved in a few seconds but still - not a good experience. The ease of sending large documents, as well as being able to send them from my phone (iOS). I like that it's easy enough so anyone who has an email address could be using this service without having any prior knowledge about how things work with computers/email etc! Sending large files, being able to track how long they take at certain senders - really simple way of sending large sized videos and documents around without any hassle! I've found that most customers get their files via email aswell if required so this has limited its uses somewhat but it does still help with getting larger attachments out quicker than some options.
