I received mine today and couldn't wait to try them out. I love it. Didn't turn off due to overheating. It took me a while to get the stains off and it was a lot quicker than elbow grease. I worked more in 2 minutes than I could with my hands in 30 minutes. I like splash guard. After a month of use, I still felt the same about this product. The only time the dremel stops is if I push too hard. Let him do his job, not the pressure you put on him. On vertical surfaces I spray water and then lightly sprinkle Comet powder etc onto the wet surface and start with the Dremel. On horizontal surfaces I apply Comet powder to the surface, then spray with water and continue. Bathroom surface is like new. That's cool.
