I am not aware of the type of buffer that it use, but the speed with which it responds to files is really quick, and it does not pause for an extended period of time before copying. It is possible to record at speeds of up to 100 megabits per second (mb/s), with a minimum of 100 megabytes and a maximum of 100 gigabytes, and it does not depend directly on the amount of data being recorded. The recording is always unique. However, the copying pace is consistent across the board. Reading is very good, there are no lags or freezes when working or viewing data, and there is no noise when the device is being operated.
