This is a great addition to an old shower. Using a can of paint I was able to remodel an old 1950's first aid kit and other obsolete bathroom items. I also painted the shower head to which it is attached to match. There are no plastic parts and when properly adjusted there is no leakage. The pressure is pleasant and even. If you want a shower head that pops out like shards of steel, then this shower head isn't for you. For goodness sake, that's a RAIN SHOWER, not a "cat in the middle of a hurricane 4" showerhead. The pressure is strong enough to pick up and rinse out the shampoo. I agree with another reviewer that it can drip for a minute or two when it's off, but that's nothing I can't handle with a great showerhead.
