It's nice to have an adjustable strap but not if that tape means the cover won't close tight and also bucks the pages and/or or get damaged Pros: - love that it fits my pen and marker - the adjustable band is good in theory. Cons: - The plastic part that makes the strap adjustable is in the cover which will damage the pages and possibly the cover as it doesn't close flat. This could be corrected if the strap was free to move in the bag but the ends of the strap were sewn on. Despite the low price, I don't expect the bag material to last long. from normal to heavy wear. The material is matte like plastic bad faux leather.
