Great Product That Can Do A Lot For Your Practice

This is a great tool to track your lapsed patient base as well as help with marketing efforts. It also has a lot of features which makes it easy to set up! The platform has been updated quite frequently, but it hasn't stopped improving. I think that their goal is to make something that can be used by everyone, instead of something only large practices should use. They have released a lot of helpful tools for smaller practices such as tracking appointments and billing. The dashboard is very intuitive and allows us to see a lot of information at once, even though we're still working on organizing it to our own needs. One area that would benefit from improvement is that there isn't really a way to send data back to the platform. We had to request this feature and it's pending approval. It's best to do some research about this product before purchase as it may not fit what you need. We realized it was necessary to track our lapsed patient base as well as generate new leads with them to build our practice. It was very easy to use, great customer service from Laping Clients. The support team could not have been more helpful. I have not found anything that does not like about the product. It has helped me identify households with lapsed patients. It has also allowed us to contact those households and remind them of their appointment.
