Great Product That Can Do A Lot For Your Practice

This is a great tool to track your lapsed patient base as well as help with marketing efforts. It also has a lot of features which makes it easy to set up! The platform has been updated quite frequently, but it hasn't stopped improving. I think that their goal is to make something that can be used by everyone, instead of something only large practices should use. Easy-to use staff management system for all healthcare professionals

The customer service from our team at A1 Group was excellent - friendly, professional & extremely helpful! I would have loved this software to be free but having it as an added benefit is great too :) Our Practice Manager can now easily see which new patient appointments we've missed so she's not wasting time calling them again/again when their appointment isn't booked (and hence they don’r turn up!). Quick turnaround time for reports: Lapsing Clients Report

The customer service is great! Very helpful, knowledgeable and timely responses to questions or concerns. The report itself (which can be downloaded) needs some work. It would be nice if it could be customized with other parameters or fields that might make sense. This would help us pull more information out of this report than what is currently available.
