Review on Lapsing Clients Report by Ken Reed

The customer service from our team at A1 Group was excellent - friendly, professional & extremely helpful! I would have loved this software to be free but having it as an added benefit is great too :) Our Practice Manager can now easily see which new patient appointments we've missed so she's not wasting time calling them again/again when their appointment isn't booked (and hence they don’r turn up!). I like that it's automated, so there isn't much to get wrong. It can be difficult if you have multiple practices or clinics because each clinic/practice will display its own data in the report. However, this is easily rectified by just adding more information from other locations into one report area. This program helps track my patient population as well as any new additions.
