Review on Lapsing Clients Report by Daniel Aboubakar

The customer service is great! Very helpful, knowledgeable and timely responses to questions or concerns. The report itself (which can be downloaded) needs some work. It would be nice if it could be customized with other parameters or fields that might make sense. This would help us pull more information out of this report than what is currently available. I've been able to identify what my high risk patient population looks like. The report also helps me know how old each patient is and what their most recent visit was.
