FULL REFUND! The humidifier with the shortest lifespan we've ever had. It worked fine for 2 weeks: we installed the humidifier a few days after it arrived, removed the lid and poured water into the tank, then plugged it in. It was handy not having to remove the tank to refill. Simply turn off the power and carefully add the required amount of water. After 2 weeks, the humidifier slowly began to lose water. We put a pan under it to catch the water and tried to determine where and why it was leaking. The humidifier failed completely after 6 weeks. Now it won't turn on at all. APPLYSU offered us a full refund through Revain and we accepted.
