I love how easy it makes reporting issues with our products/services! It has made my job as an IT support engineer so much better than having users report their problems through email or phone calls only - this way we can get them resolved faster while also keeping track of what they've done themselves vs when help was needed from us (or not). There are some things that could be improved such as being able to see all open cases at once instead just seeing ones you're working currently but other then those minor details everything works great!! We have been using Helpsumo since 2014 now & there's no going back anymore :) Reporting bugs / errors without needing multiple emails sent between parties involved helps keep everyone informed about whats happening along side helping resolve any issue quicker rather waiting days before getting feedback via e-mail etc..
