Appears to be of excellent quality throughout. I bought it as a backpack for my daily motorcycle trips. I love the fact that I can store my helmet in my bag. BUT. As the saying goes, too much good can be bad. I mean, this thing is maybe a bit overkill for an everyday bag. It has many straps and buckles. It was a bit overwhelming when I first got it. It has 14 buckles! Still. Very high quality. UPDATE I noticed that the lower waist belt is detachable. This makes it easier to use as an everyday backpack. The waist belt is only there to take the weight off your shoulders. Useful for some people but not for me. UPDATE: The bag holds up well to daily abuse. He survived a motorcycle accident that crashed my Ducati. There is no snag anywhere, no crack, no broken buckle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
