It was easy to get started with cloudsoftphonethat helps us keep up as new features are released. Support is great! We needed an audio conferencing program for our employees that would be accessible through multiple platforms including iPads/iPhones etc. This product did just what we expected it to do at no extra charge (we thought maybe more could come free of cost after all this stuff). I don't like having someone on my desktop screen but they were quick enough replying back when there has been concerns about software issues or something the customer may not have known how best to resolve. Not really anything bad so far other then some problems getting set up from certain vendors devices such as Cisco equipment which caused me concern since most clients still use POTS numbers rather than VOIP connections. Get support before launch if possible because sometimes problems occur once live but I am sure their team will work quickly to fix any issue customers might encounter. Providing secure meetings between internal office staff remotely using video conference solutions while maintaining control over participants via phone number verification and participant login access requirements. The support team was very helpful, they even helped me with a problem I had that I thought was a bug. I am very happy with the product. I have not found anything I dislike. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a softphone but cannot afford a commercial product. I am still using the product, it has been very helpful. I am working remotely and it is very easy to use. The ability to connect with people in different locations.
