Poor quality, only fits crookedly, breaks when trying to straighten it
The plastic is very poor quality and just doesn't work with a strong metal fastener. It's also quite sharp and uncomfortable on the skin. The universal clasp is actually strong, but pulls so hard that the plastic cannot be adjusted. And the plastic is so thin it breaks if you try to adjust it. The product is just rubbish, which is probably why the seller won't accept a refund.
