Not strong enough.
This pet gate has a very nice design. The small pocket is a nice touch and can come in very handy on long journeys. We were sold when we saw it was made by Good Year. knowing they are a popular tire brand. However, the material that makes up this barrier is far from durable. We have a 68 lb dog and she broke that barrier the second day we installed her in the car. The seams came off easily. I think they need to be reinforced or used specifically for smaller dogs.
