Review on 🔪 KitchenAid KN310BXOBA Mandoline Slicer - Black - One Size by Fred Reid

I probably walked four to get to this one. I used it for the first time yesterday to make thin potato slices. The device is in good condition. It's heavier and bulkier than my previous mandonins. However, it is easy to use. The thickness scale is easy to use and allows you to cut accurately. The blade is SO SHARP that cutting potatoes is quick and easy. The hat slide is much better on this device. This allows you to cut right through to the end without the spikes hitting and damaging the blade. Too bad I didn't notice it right away. Saved me a lot of money and frustration. Oh, and the V-Blade is the best. I've had both a straight and better VV, and this one is so sharp there's absolutely no resistance. Glides easily.
