What company isn't putting their software on the web this decade. I don't have a DVD drive and I don't need one. So the disc is unusable. Luckily our IT department at work had a DVD drive (none of our 180 computers had a drive, it was so outdated) and I copied the files. Came back home and downloaded the software. Computer restarted. It does not work. Checked the VCR to the TV, everything works. Then update the driver manually. Computer restarted. Nothing. Tried different USB, different RCA cables, different inputs. Nothing. Checked their website for help. Yes. you guessed Nada. This really shouldn't be a problem, I had a Delgato system last year and it worked as soon as I plugged it in. I lent it to my nephew and he broke it. The company is rubbish, the product is rubbish. Don't waste your money or more importantly your time because you can't get a refund for it. We're returning to AMAZON with "heaps of shit" written on the packaging.
