I purchased this product to increase the number of monitors I can use on my laptop but I have encountered a number of issues using this product . First, the cable accidentally disconnects and the screen turns off, requiring me to disconnect and reconnect the cable. Also, every time my computer goes to sleep, it gets disconnected and I have to reconnect the cable as it stops working. I've tried other cables on my mini display port that work fine, so the problem isn't the computer port. I may just have a bad, faulty cable, but it looks like this product isn't working properly for me.
