Review on DMC 167G 30 Ecru Cebelia 563 Yard: Premium Quality Thread for Fine Craftsmanship by Barbara Simmons

I ordered three in my original order. You sent two of the right color. The third one sent from a different location was the WRONG colour. I sent it back with photos and a CLEAR note that it was the WRONG colour. Guess what they sent you back, same WRONG color all over again. Now I have to try to get it back so you don't charge me again. It would be nice to be able to talk to a REAL person instead of running back and forth. It costs almost $10 just to keep the wrong color. What I expect will happen.
