It's so easy to hold and use. The battery life is amazing and I love that it shows the percentage of battery remaining. It doesn't take long to charge at all. I used it when I went to Disney World for Labor Day weekend and it was the only thing that helped with overheating. I really like this product as does my family who took me to the parks because they tried to take it away from me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone living in South Florida or going to Athens Park.
