I will rave about Optimum Nutrition all day, they make great EASY products that don't have a lot of fluff and don't advertise try and try for themselves and promise that their products will do for you what others don't. Their casein protein is no exception. Their products are efficient and effective and they taste good. Don't buy proteins that come with a bunch of extras (vitamins, BCAAs, etc.). While this is important and you should definitely be consuming them in one form or another, don't let companies charge you 40% of their protein for adding a little more to their protein. In most cases, you can get better, more potent vitamins or BCAAs for less by simply buying them separately. Research casein to decide if it's right for you, and if so, buy this stuff. It's worth noting that casein protein powder is much thicker than whey protein if you mix it with water and drink it, just be prepared. When comparing different proteins, pay attention to nutritional information and be aware of how many calories per serving come from protein. When you take PROTEIN powder, you expect most of your calories to come from protein, right? You may be surprised at what you find out.
