3 dead devices on computer and accessories

This is for NGFF-USB3.1, NGFF-USB3.0 and NGFF-USBC models (black m.2 dual case) I have 2 of 5 of these devices, I bought the first one (USB3.1) in a micro center and it worked with one drive, but when I connected a second drive it could kill itself. I went ahead and returned this one and got a replacement on Amazon and this arrived DOA, no light, nothing plugged in, nothing. I then took a NGFF USB3.0 (black m.2 single case) and although this type works it has serious connection problems. The quality and fit are terrible. I sent this one back and bought the same one again to make sure it was an accident, while this one seemed to work fine, the quality and installation was still terrible, speeds were ok, around 10-15% loss of actual ones speed is acceptable. I also bought the NGFF-USB3.1 (Silver, Dual Port USB-C) and it's by far the best. The quality is almost like it's not even the same company, the case is well assembled as is the inside. The included cable, which was USB-C to USB-A only (no USB-C to USB-C was included), was not kinked and worked fine. I am using this in Raid 0 for performance and this is where my main problem comes in. Using USB-C to USB-A cable at USB 3.0 speed, it is slower than single drive USB 3.0 version at 30% of single drive speed. When I use my own USB-C to USB-C cable at USB 3.1 speeds, it upscales to more reasonable speeds. Too bad the USB 3.0 controller is poorly optimized **Edit I added a star because the NGFF USBC version works fine**
