Yes obviously it is a Chinese supplier so I was hesitant to buy and some of the old reviews said they were crap but MINE are fantastic and I am really glad that I got them. They're *heavy* and don't look like junk. They're solid and very sharp, and the enamel doesn't look like it's going to wear or peel off anytime soon. They're *nicely* personal, serious. Absolutely in seventh heaven of them. A warning: I had some machine oil between the blades and around the screw when I received them, so I made sure to wipe it off before use. These are embroidery scissors, not sewing scissors, so they're not designed for long-term cutting of large pieces of fabric, which I see a lot of complaints about.
