Review on DSMTool by Genene Locson

I like that it is easy to use for my customers who are not tech savvy at all! It's very simple yet effective in tracking their orders from order placement through shipping. Sometimes there could be some lag time between when they place an order until we receive notification of them placing said order which can make our system show as pending even though they have already placed the order so this would need improvement if possible? We've been able to track shipments within minutes after receiving notifications from the carriers themselves once those items had shipped out via USPS or FedEx services.
